Yes, you may return items that you have bought within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact us with the reason for the return and tracking number. You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.

We may have the hat that you are looking for. We have hundreds of hats that are not listed yet. The best way to find out if we have it is to ask. If you can send a detailed description here or even better, a picture, we will get back to you.

Check your tracking number first. This should tell you where the package is and when it should arrive. If it says that it has been delivered and you haven’t received it. Ask your local post office. Once the item has shipped with the address provided by you, the package is no longer our responsibly.
